I went flawless as a titan in ToO. So no... Just find a comfortable gun and play style and stick with it. Practice it until you become better. Practice makes perfect.

Personal skill level is everything to do with it. Every class has there strengths and weaknesses. I can play on my warlock too and I also went flawless. So it's definitely not the class.

That's the point dude. Your skill has nothing to do with class balance. You may be able to do a flawless with a hand tied behind your back. It doesn't mean a titan is better than a warlock etc
