Title says all
FALLEN: Numerous, yet they don't all get along
HIVE: Their faith empowers them yet also makes them weak.
VEX: Control time, yet are easily susceptible to their own powers.
CABAL: Strong army, yet they've only claimed power on Mars.

But Cabal have an incredible lifespan about 800-900 years. They are the most organized in terms of military power and tactics. The regular Grunt Cabal can be a problem if you become over confident and also tower guardians in size and lay a he'll of a haymaker up close The Phalanx unit probably the Slsecond most irritating unit only behind hobgoblins, They carry massive shield that, unless prepared for a battle against them, can't be penetrated. They as well have devastating melee attacks. Followed up next are the Cabal Captains and their projection rifle that shoot in archs and rapid succession can harass even the strongest guardians and minotaurs. Along with that they have their own shield to absorb punishment before being able to return fire. Sadly they suffer from not having and marksman/sniper units. Psions, they are basically 1/3warlock, 1/3 titan, 1/3 pain in the ass and .1% useless. They're melee can be projected across the ground, much like titan strikers can do it also create a void wall the further it goes. Next are the Primus, as of now only Valus Trau'ug and Shau'uul have been seen they can absorb insane amounts of punishment. They could probably serve aside from be higher up above the captain but as shock troopers as well hitting hard in numbers and heavy amor placing massive amounts pressure on any enemy that takes them lightly. Then the colossus which totes around heavy machine gun that rinses through guardians like butter if left unchecked. Lots of armor on these guys as well. But if they had a shield they'd only match up to half of what the primus units are. Then there is Valus Tau'ruc, who by the way is the Behemoth of the Cabal army we face in Meridian bay. Could imagine the fighting force if we ever go to Phobos in PvE. 40/45ft around that height Easily take about 3 sets of 3 full Gjallarhorn to get his health to half. He is the Heart of the Military Force. The Cabal would easily destroy the Vex, The Hive would be wiped off the Moon if the ever invaded Crota is about the same height as Valus Tau'ruc and he is a raid boss, Valus isn't, that tells me there is worse to come if we saw the Cabal expand any further then they have already. The Fallen, I must admit seeing these two fight would be interesting but wouldn't last long as the fallen are shown scavenging supplies from Earth, either means they're desperate for resources or hoarding as much as they can before a large final attack. The Cabal don't seem to have that problem as they established strongholds and forts all over M.B., Mars Fallen have their skiffs and ketchs but next time you do the Mars strike or do the Garden Spire mission look up into the sky and what you will see would rival the traveler in both size and power. One final point I must make, through the single player we see the fallen and their house all over the place House of Devils and Kings on Earth. The House of Exile on the Moon, The House of Winter on Venus, then the House of Wolves and remnants of Judgement in the Reef. Their is a reason why there are no Fallen on Mars. And that reason is the Cabal.
