You are still not understanding me. Sin is the realized or known transgression of the law (common or natural; in this case, God's). Whenever anyone does a wrong or an elicit deed, it is not sin. It becomes sin as soon as the guilty party commits it after knowing that it's wrong or after knowing that it transgresses law. That's why Jonah (if you are familiar with the story) was commanded to tell Nineveh, the capital of ancient Assyria, to stop their wickedness, which was at the time not considered sin. Do you understand? Because they didn't know that what they (the people of Nineveh) were doing was wicked is why those "wicked" people were not justified damnation since they didn't know that what they were doing was wrong.
If you read https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans+2%3A13-15&version=NASB, it explains how these individuals are justified even without the law of God, which is also known as His Word.
