I think Hunters' strong point is their individuality. They don't mind being alone but will come help in dire straights. They prefer blazing their path and the confidence of their ability(sometimes these skills are observed and copied). They aim to prove themselves to be the best...their own way.
Warlocks observe and dig for any shred of information. Because they are so well versed in ways of the world, their greatest strength is knowledge. This leads them to be flexible able to apply their knowledge to gain an edge against the foe(sometimes to great effect). Information is everything.
Titans want to protect and preserve humanity, upholding our traditions and ways of life. This leads their strength to be stalwart and stubborn. Tirelessly fighting for their beliefs they rush headlong into battle, no thoughts but the hopes they carry and rage that drives them. Never gives up, always stands again.

But to answer the post.... the Warlocks probably want things done a certain way but hunters do what they want.
