I'd have to say out of the list it's a tie between NLB and 4th horseman. NLB because it's pretty much a pvp only weapon and well...everyone knows what's wrong with it. 4th because you need to huge the enemy to do damage. It's high ROF alone isn't enough to be called exotic.
