Master Ives is clearly a better cryptarch than Rahool. If rahool has a prayer why cant Master Ives dont

rahool gave me a gjallarhorn out of a legendary engram last week, ives gave me the same helmet 4 times in a row from 4 exotic engrams. i think i know who is the better cryptarch

He has given me 10x the amount of legendary engrams than Master Rahool did and he's only been around for less than two weeks
