EDIT: (Done, I got help) Thanks anyways. :) I have been searching the internet on how to unlock this card and I have only found one way to do so. The only way to do so is to run the "A Stranger's Call" mission on Venus again but with a new character so you get the extended cut scene. As my 3 characters have surpassed this by a great deal I don't wish to delete 1 and start over. If anyone has a low level character and willing to allow me to run this mission with them(as them as the fire team leader on the lower level character), I will be hugely thankful. Even if you plan to make a new character I am willing to run all the Earth / Moon missions to help you get there faster. My Gamer tag is: LND Aaron Message me in game please on Xbox One, thanks.
