Lighthouse should be available after 3 Wins!
IT'S NOT FAIR! PvP is so hard, Thorn Vex and TLW is running rampant and I can barely kill anyone with my Suros. Either Auto's need a serious buff, or Hand Canons need a serious Nerf! It's not fair, buying the game means that I have a right to experience all content! Bungie Plz... FIX THIS!

And yes I have been to the lighthouse with my misses and her friend

The lighthouse is available to everyone. It's not hard to get to. With all boons, etc, all you need to get is 7 wins and 1 loss. It should not be handed out to people. It's arguably the one thing in the game that relies on skill (cheaters excluded).

Im not MLG at Crucible but I managed to get 10 people to light house last week so I think Im decent. I use Hawkmoon and Found Verdict. Never pick up heavy ammo. I believe Im part of the few of the decently skilled people in this game. (Everyone who uses Vex and Thorn are indeed scrubs and try hards. Idm TLW.) Edit: I can use Party Crasher +1, Secret Handshake etc. Only shotgun I shall never use is Felwinters. Found Verdict is not a scrub gun nor is Hawkmoon. Hawkmoon ACTUALLY requires marksmanship, if u panic u will not land a shot or more importantly a precision show. With TLW u pan fire. With Vex just hold R2/RT. With Thorn shoot and run behind a wall for lingering damage to execute. Im taking it you cant use Hawkmoon if u think its a scrub gun xD. Oh and I can use Fatebringer... WoC... VoC... JoO xD really doesnt matter to me, my performance is the same. Just prefer hawkmoon because I enjoy the feedback.

to me they should have made it harder its so ez right now... you only get one loss and if you lose you cant re enter and theres no boons, it be more interesting to me that way even the try hards will lose sometimes cause of careless mistakes

Open it at 5 and get something decent or you can wait til 8 wins and get something better, or a perfect card to get the top tier item. Anytime you get a loss, the chest becomes locked until you achieve the wins needed to open it without losing on a new scorecard. Kinda like a game show, take the money run or gamble it all for something better. (this is just a fun thought, just in case people get butthurt about it ) Edit 1: Maybe the chests can be open at 3 wins, 6 wins and Perfect card, that way players not very good at PVP can easily get 3 wins and still feel accomplished.

With a good team, you can make it to the lighthouse without being a great pvp player. I'm definitely the weaklink on my team based on skill, but I don't get myself killed, I get my team revived right away, I use my firebolt grenades to push back or finish off enemies, and seem to be pretty good at calling strategy for my team EVENTHOUGH I feel bad sometimes telling players so much better than myself what to do, but it works and I've been to lighthouse on all 3 characters two of the 3 weeks, we just missed it on zpantheon map by 1 win twice. I also practice hard during the week and have been able to contribute more and more and even had a few games where I was first place on my team and twice won the 9th round for my team, albeit with a cheap self rest but a wins a win. Just keep trying and you'll make it, just realize you're not good rushing hard so pick your battles and engage from range, it's a team sport and strategy is just as important as skill. Our last game of my 3rd flawless run last week our entire team was actually negative with KDs, but we still won 5/4
