Trying to get Elder Cipher Bounty? Here is a tip.
So I bet many of you are having trouble with Skolas on arc burn.
Understandable.
If you are like me, however, you already have plenty of Etheric Light and whatnot so the only reason you have to do the 35 PoE is for the exotic bounty.
Well, you are in luck, if you have a good arc sniper and Thunderlord.
You just have to pop a weapons of light, snipe until out of ammo, and melt with Thunderlord when he gets close.
Don't even worry about the mines. You just need to kill him for the chance at the bounty.
It is a much simpler way of trying to get this bounty if you already exhausted you level 34 attempts.

It drops on both the 34 and 35, it has just more common to find on 34. Hey, can someone help on the 32 and 34 on my warlock which is 32, my elder cipher hasn't dropped on my hunter or titan

Quick question Can you farm it by killing him then dying to retry the battle? Or is it set and no matter how many times you kill him will it remain the same?

2 RepliesYou know you can farm it on 34. Of course 34 Qodron is hell this week, but it's been confirmed to drop on attempts after the first run of the week.
