About Hand Cannons
Just curious, I remember seeing Hand Cannons classified as Special Weapons pre-release of the game and this has been bothering me as to why it's been reclassified to Primary Weapons? I would love to know.
Please leave a [i]Link[/i] [b]IF[/b] an answer has been made somewhere else.

Maybe they bumped it up a class because it was too versatile to be classified as a special weapon. It might have made them a little less OP, but also doesn't really make sense at the same time. Maybe because all I know the finished product. It could also be why they released the sidearm.
