While I'll agree it should be earned. There is something to think about and why the system is a little broken. Why would you only give out primary weapons with elemental damage in ToO, when those weapons would be more useful in PVE. While I don't care because I will probably still fall back on my Fate, VOC, and others it just doesn't make sense. Not everyone in this game likes or even cares to play PVP. Bungie in turn has basically said if you want the new weapons for PVE you must play PVP. Again that's fine, but you can't really expect to ask a primary PVE player just to go into the ToO and win. And saying "Get Gud Scrub" just makes you look like an ass. Again, the lighthouse should be earned, but they do need to look at the weapons. Nothing should be given away, but you can't seriously ask a PVE player to play PVP and expect them to win 9 in a row or even 9-1 or 9-2 without being carried. Not trying to argue, but just saying. I'm glad PVP'ers have something to call their own and for those that have won congrats...really congrats. Just think about what I said. Should a PVE player be forced to play PVP to get weapons that could help them in PVE? Edit: So after reading I noticed that the level 35 poe can drop elemental primaries. Didn't know that. So I will just say nevermind and leave it like it is. Except Bungie needs to increase the drop rate for those weapons. Did 7 35's last week and no drop, but it looks like if you complete the trails you will get one and it's not having to pray to the RNG gods. :) To the PVP'ers enjoy your new weapons.
