So, when House Of Wolves dropped, three new exotic bounty weapons came out; Lord Of Wolves, Dreg's Promise, and The Queen's Bow. To access these, you have to get the elder cipher from the 34/35 PoE. Once you've done that, you bring it back to Variks, who tells you to find the queen's cipher. After hours of grinding on the 32/34, you finally have it, and take it back to Variks, who tells you to wait for him to summon you. This is the topic of my petition. I have been waiting fro Variks to summon me for nearly a week (I got the elder Cipher on Wednesday). Thats right, a week. Along with all you other hardcore Crota Killing, Mercury visiting, Etheric gathering gamers out there, its rare for me to take more than a couple of days to get something. I grind, and am rewarded. However, this next part of the bounty is something completely out of our control. It appears to be complete RnG as to when he will summon you. I would've thought that the final piece of the bounty (Collect 1000 points from killing bosses on the prison of elders) is the one that would take the longest. But nooooooooo. Thanks Bungie. Unlike most, so far, I've been very content with this game. Not getting the Exotic ToO emblem was a pain, but understandable. Like I said earlier, you work hard enough, you get rewarded.
