Prision of Elders 35
Somebody already make the PoE 35 directly? The loot from 32 and 34 are received on the level 35 as in the nightfall and weekly strikes or we need to make each level to receive all base loot (weapon/armor core and etheric light)?

32 gives an armor core, 34 gives weapon core and etheric light, 35 gives weapon and armor core and etheric light, running all 3 will get you 2 etheric light, 2 weapon cores and 2 armor cores. if you run 35 first you will get loot for 35 only, you can run 32 and 34 for separate loot after.

Do them all the guaranteed loot like armor/weapons cores and Etheric light can be obtained in each one. So 1 character can get 2 armor and 2 weapons cores as well as 2 Etheric Light.
