So should COD die? Did anyone play COD kangaroo's or AW as it's also know? Has Sledgehammer lost it?
Like they ever had it MW3 was tripe.
COD MP died for some after COD 4, MW2 or Black Ops 2 depending on opinions.
COD had its roll to play in forming the FPS genre but does it still have one now?
-
It should die. Then when my younger brothers friends talk to me I don't have to hear about how they actually like it.
-
It served its purpose: reshape FPS games. All it is now is a game filled with campers, hackers and 9 year olds All the campaigns are the same. Even with some cutscenes being reused. Ghosts beginning cutscene was almost exactly like mw2's ending cutscene, only the surrounding area and characters were different. All these DLC's aren't even worth it save a few free ones, like nuketown 2025 in some people's cases, or terminal in mw3
-
Yes, let it die,
-
Maybe after BO3, this one looking playable compared to Advanced Welfare
-
No, It shouldn't die. Instead Activision should make their own brand of consoles. They will release call of duty, spiderman, destiny etc on this new console and only that consoles. This will lead all annoying little shits to be weened out of the other systems.
-
No. What should happen is: MW2 gets remastered or the servers get put back online so i can play when backwards compatibility comes out for xb1
-
1) no, if people enjoy it, let it stay.
if you're lactose intolerant, do you ban dairy for everyone because you cant have it?
2) if it dies, that means all the annoying people and squeakers of that series have to migrate to another series. So let it live to keep them away from me
-
All of it except zombies
-
No game should ever die as long as people enjoy it. What other people like shouldn't affect you and if it does then you're in the wrong place
-
It should definitely die. Too bad there are so many bad parents in this world that buy these games every year for their 10 year olds. I think everyone plays it because it's such an easy game. All you gotta do is shoot first and you win, no way to even be competitive in call of duty anymore.
-
Just have Treyach make a huge zombie game
-
I don't think it should die because it has died. They put the same name on it but it's a totally different game. It's a good game but it's not what it was. The generations that didn't have the first cod's will enjoy them
-
I think the question is.. Will it ever die?
-
It's more popular than toast! Mmm, toast.....
-
Cod 4 and MW2 were the best. I was hoping treyarch would have the balls to go back to ww2 but we all know that's never gonna happen.
-
I actually liked playing the games (bar ghosts). But the community can be very bad. They can be very fun and intense if I'm not playing TDM (its very boring). Although AW is not good enough to buy the DLC. Oh god no.
-
After blops3 yes. I plan to buy blops3 as the last cod I'll ever buy. Especially since blops was one of my favorites and has the massive zombie stuff. :)
-
Destiny PVP is worse...
-
I peosonally don't think it should die. We need call of duty for zombies. Well we only need treyarch because they make the best zombies. But that why it shouldn't die
-
Hell yea, it's the same shit every single year. No surprises From cod in YEARS
-
Treyarch is doing it right. I'm so excited to play competitively. PlayStation with 1st year of competitive CoD for PlayStation and I 💯✔😁
-
I don't understand why people hate it so much. It's the same every year they say well so is every -blam!-ing sequel so
-
The biggest problem CoD has is it's community. I'm not talking about the 9-year-olds, but it seems that they would rather have the same recycled game year in, year out. Just look at the hate towards AW. Not all of it is deserved. I thought people complained about CoD being the same every year, but clearly the opposite is true. People complain about it trying to be different. Just goes to show you some people are never satisfied.
-
But without cod we can't make fun of their fans anymore.
-
It's not a bad franchise at all, don't get me wrong, but I'm starting to think it's run its course
-
Yes because it's old and pretty much every game is the same, no because then a flood of ten year olds would be released.
