COD should it die?
So should COD die? Did anyone play COD kangaroo's or AW as it's also know? Has Sledgehammer lost it? [spoiler]Like they ever had it MW3 was tripe.[/spoiler]
COD MP died for some after COD 4, MW2 or Black Ops 2 depending on opinions.
COD had its roll to play in forming the FPS genre but does it still have one now?

Hated the past three call of dutys. Love black ops 3 so far.

It should stay alive for a very long time so we don't have 8 year olds find new games and make the community toxic

1 ReplyDo you know why people are still loving it? It never really changes. It's the same thing over and over. The only change was that it started becoming futuristic, now every cod game is becoming futuristic. People seem to dislike change in video games. It was the same thing in halo. Halo 4 changed a lot of halo multiplayer with the ordnance, load outs, etc. it still felt like halo, but a lot of it seemed different. If COD continues, It needs to change. They tried changing it with ghosts, but failed.

4 RepliesAfter playing Ghost I was sure it would need to die but after AW I feel that the series has some potential but also feel that it needs to return to its roots rather than doing this futuristic shit (exo suits fuel fast paced firefights) Might get some hostility but I liked AW. Screw ghost though

It should, but they should release a separate game for cod zombies containing all the maps, guns, and the characters and a few new things.

6 RepliesThe current formula needs to get burned, blown up, and scattered in the ocean. CoD needs to be redesigned to use nextgen effectively and get off the quake engine. The games all feel the same and drab. The series won't last long unless they step up to the plate.
