Did Anyone Else Pay Respect to Their VoG Armor?
Curious to know if anyone else maxed the complete set out of pure respect for it. Way back when I just had one Hunter, it was a struggle to finish the series. Even to this day, I still don't have complete sets for my other hunters. I wanted this gear to be max to pay my respect to the original max light armor.
Anyone else do the same?
P.S It looks sick with the Revenant shader on my Exo Hunter.

Upgraded the chest, which to this day is my favorite legendary warlock armor piece, and the boots.

I upgraded the VoG helmet for my warlock. It has good stats and with the stats of my legendary helmet / gloves / boots i can max discipline / intellect / strength by equipping the exotic chest pieces. That way i can adjust to the modifiers quite easily - and i like the vog helmet ;) Wore it way back and a chance at sphere generation is always nice to have.

I actually liked vog armor more than Crota so I upgraded them first.

I maxed my VoG boots for warlock and hunter, because they have intellect on it.

I'm still missing the chestplate on my Titan; if I could get that, I'd max out the full set. Still wishing Bungie would improve the loot drops in the Vault of Glass...

I upgraded my VoG armor for my Titan and I plan to do it on my other characters when I get better rolls.

3 RepliesMy warlock has full vog armour. Just need 1 more etheric light (for gauntlets) and all vog gear will be ascended. Imo the warlock vog gear looks so much better than any other warlock armour

I never ran VoG until after my first CE completion. out of respect for the raid, i ran VoG 29 times before I went back to CE. I have a maxed out Hunter VoG set & all VoG weapons. will forever be the best part of Destiny.

First Etheric light went straight to my forceful greaves, second went to Fatebringer, third went to vision of confluence, and fourth will go to my warlock VOG boots.. If that's not saluting VOG idk what is...
