I' can't use prison of elders. Even though I bought dlc.

Why is it in order to play prison of elders I have to do pve story missions [b]like everyone else[/b]?
It's not fair how you lock pve content for pvp players like myself.

Lol I never play PVP but even I made it to the lighthouse once. Then I went 8 and 1 with my second character right before reset. So close : ( I wanted an arc scout.
