How do you get the shader? Went 9-0 flawless and did not recieve it

That shader is a random drop; according to MoreConsole, it has an even lower drop rate than the Legendary armor. Not sure if it drops from Silver/Gold packages or the chest in the Lighthouse. I didn't get one. Got the ship and the Hood of the Exile, though.

congrats on the ship. I never got any armour drop and i got a Adept auto rifle! i felt a little cheated haha.
