So around half an hour ago this dude showed up at my porch mumbling about how the flood has done something terrible. I have poked it with a stick and he pulled out a dog leash. I gave him some crackers and water. I can't keep him, I don't have enough space in my basement. Doesn't seem like anyone is coming to get him. What do I do?
