As some of you may have already known, Earth is under Ignus rule, and the same goes for most of the Sol System. It has been this way ever since the fall of The Empire and the division of Coalition forces. Currently the New Empire is clear of the Sol System and the Ignus' Monitor is currently on an extragalactic mission of some sort, so this is the opportune moment to strike. We have found a small gap in their line and have access to a small portion of land on Earth's moon, Luna. A large scale Attack is ill-advised due to the high probability of destruction from the Ignus defense fleet and it will ruin the element of surprise. The Moon is under full Ignus control and has a very high military presence. If we manage to capture it then we will have a strong foothold in Ignus territory, and will be one step closer in reclaiming the Sol system, and ultimately Earth. I can not promise you anything absolute, I won't tell you there won't be casualties or death, I won't tell you it will be easy. Those statements are untrue. I encourage only those who are confident in themselves to assist in this mission, for anything less than perfect will spell certain doom for us. And even then, perfect might not be enough.
Those who believe they have what it takes, give your name, and be ready to depart tomorrow, pack your bags and say your farewells, for you might never return from this Trek, and if you do, you might not be the same.
*The Shinobi waits ominously*
The main base is indeed small, approximately half a kilometer in length and two stories tall. It is equipped with the necessities; mess hall, armory, medical bay, Communications center, command hub.
We are here to drive the Ignus off the moon by any means necessary, there might be enemies we've never dreamed of encountering before, but we must complete this objective. Any Imperial survivors are secondary objectives.
There are several key locations that are vital to Ignus operations, these are the juicy spots to hit.
- Manufacturing Plants
- Communication Spheres
- Relay Hubs
- Energy Pylon clusters
- Research Centers
- Mounted Defenses
- Barracks
We need defensive and offensive personnel, you can vary between both as you wish, the more area we get, the more we will get Attacked, and the harder it will be to hold that area.
Rules:
No God-Modding
No Character/Plot jacking.
No overruling the Shinobi's commands.
No calling in Armies or fleets, we don't want to alert their entire force.
No WMDs, we want to retake, not destroy.
EMPs/Hacks/Virus' can not and will not work on Ignus, don't use them.
War Terminal:
Ignus Control: 97%
Coalition Control: 3%
Status: Local Alert

Edited by Alba: 5/27/2015 3:48:37 PMLocation: Ship Graveyard The silence of space is defining. Dust particles float in the space between the rebel troops as the scavenge for information and any source to what they have been sent to do. The metal hull of ships lay buried into the grey matter of the money they lay still there appears to serve as monuments of War and Time. There massive structures ripped and tore but still hold the memories of a time when all was golden and time felt like it would not hold such darkness as the current present does. The rebels scan the area for any left over data from the ships and empty and left. All has been picked like desert vultures pick the flesh of the dead. A swift momentous shadows blackens the air space above them. The silence of space un-nerves the rebels as they look up the shadow vanishes as nothing was above them. Rebel Commander: "All rifles primed boys, Xeno troops could be scouring these parts and I dont wish to see the embers of our fallen brothers" Rebel Foot soldier: "Copy that commander!" The Rebels prime there rifles and come closer together like fortified roman centurions prepared for battle. Rebel Commander: "I have this place no noise, only shadows of time and death." One of the ships beams slowly break off and hit to the surface behind them it kicks up a massive cloud of dust blocking there vision. Rebel Commander: "F'ck boys thermal vision now!" The noise of there visors click and the multiple colours of blue, green red and orange fly over therw faces as the active it. As it settles they pick up nothing but Purple and Black like very colours of the Void. RB Commander: "Move forward troops stick together and dont break apart." A violently swift movement flys over head pushing the dust down as if massive wings create a whirlwind of torment for the dust. The dust spirals around them.
Feel free to join in. Ginger follows the Marines into the hatch, which leads into a long, dimly lit corridor, possibly part of the old Lunar Spaceports. The proton generators still function, despite centuries of entropy, as a faint breeze comes from the vents. Ginger continues walking, admiring the sleek architecture the spaceport boasted, and wondered what it must have looked during the Empire's Golden Age. He wondered if he had ever visited Luna while he was a commander, but he is disturbed by creaking below him. The pylons must be close, and therefore, so must the enemies... (Open to all)

So are the pylons taken
