Live your own life and don't tell people "make friends". Most of us that want optional matchmaking have full time jobs and families. I've got friends on live, people aren't always on and with fireteams of just 3, they've already run most of the time.
Optional matchmaking wouldn't affect you one iota. Try being less of a condescending prick.

Im trying to help you people by stating what I believe to be the best way to play this game. You don't have to be a hardcore gaming nerd to join a group, its for casuals too. All your really doing is adding similar minded people to your friends list instead of being matchmade with spoilt brats, you get to play with good people any time you want.
