If you dont join or form a group you are all excluding yourselves from parts of this game as it is designed around groups.
Matchmaking is not needed when you have friends from your group playing all the time.
Stop blaming bungie for your lack of effort.
Get off your butts and make some new friends.

This doesn't affect you. Take your negative comments elsewhere please.

I'm not being negative I firmly believe that people should join a group or clan to get the most out of this game. Its not really that bigger of a deal to do and would improve you experience hugely.

You're telling people how to play the game they bought. I don't like small talk. I don't want to have Internet friends. I have enough friends in real life along with work and family obligations. I just want to space out and play the game. Maybe this game is not for me due to these constraints I place on myself, but I would like to voice that opinion.

Edited by DownwardSpyril: 5/25/2015 7:32:56 PMAs the consumer....the only lack of effort I see...is on the part of the dev team to implement an optional mm function to cover all bases. If I wanted to work on my social relationships...I would head over to match . com

If we want friends to play with go outside and enjoy your REAL life. Last time I checked this was a game.

Live your own life and don't tell people "make friends". Most of us that want optional matchmaking have full time jobs and families. I've got friends on live, people aren't always on and with fireteams of just 3, they've already run most of the time. Optional matchmaking wouldn't affect you one iota. Try being less of a condescending prick.

Edited by Hoops: 5/25/2015 8:15:53 PMWe have over 60 players in our group and most are parents with young children with very busy lives. Im trying to help you people by stating what I believe to be the best way to play this game. You don't have to be a hardcore gaming nerd to join a group, its for casuals too. All your really doing is adding similar minded people to your friends list instead of being matchmade with spoilt brats, you get to play with good people any time you want.
