The Elder Cipher
I was wondering whether you can receive the elder cipher from Killing Urrox even if you have already killed him. So has anyone received the Elder Cipher from Urrox when it was not their first attempt. I actually doubt you can receive the Elder Cipher from him if you have already killed him and Instead you will have to wait for the next week to have another attempt. Also Has anyone received the Elder Cipher from Skolas, Be it their first time or not.

Well I have now received the Elder Cipher from my first kill of Skolas this week as my titan. I think it's safe to say that you can only get the exotic bounty "elder cipher" from either Skolas or the level 34 boss once a week per character.

You only get two chances to get the cipher a week two tries on lvl 34 and two tries on 35 per character
