This is my new favorite perk, but I'm wondering if it's glitches and I gotta worry about them patching it. Wondering if anybody knows. The description reads faster top sprint speed. In reality it just gives you a stupid high agility boost and you even walk around faster. it's stupid useful but less so if it's only due to Sprint and it's a glitch. any ideas?
