This group is opening its doors to outside groups. This group is created by me. The purpose of this group is to form an alliance to allow other Groups/Clans to request to join or be invited by [u]me[/u], When a group sends a request to join United Guardians Nations that myself or another admin will decide to accept or reject that request by opening vote. If we invite a Group/Clan leader should by option place a question should and notify me or other admin of United Guardian Nations that their group will hold Post a Poll with question Should this Group/Clan(Name of Group) join United Guardians Nations by using "Post a Poll" in Group Forum. with two different poll options: Yes (to join United Guardians Nations) or No (to remain Independent) [b][u]This Poll will last for 3 months to give player enough time to decide.[/u][/b] If that group members and admin accept to join United Guardians Nation only change required is to place "Member of United Guardians Nations" in motto and most remain in Motto. What is Representative mean If the group has more than 10 members it should create allow their members to create Rep Groups A, B and C. Rep Groups doesn't mean create another Group/Clan it will mean that people will put their top strikes, tips and funny clips together as video in different YouTube videos A, B, C. Their people in that Group will decide which Representative Group A or B or C should Representative that Group/Clan by voting on Polls. As founder of United Guardians Nations i must be promoted as Admin of that Group/Clan. Name of that Group, Clan tag, Mission Statements will not be changed. Can that admin leader of another Group/Clan become admin of United Guardians Nations? It United Guardians Nations members and admins will choice, the question will be posted by myself using Post a Poll. with a question saying: [b]Should this [u]player[/u] become admin of United Guardians Nations?[/b] Yes or No "That admin will not be allowed by promise to change settings or devote admins, change Group name, Clan tag, Mission Statements and Motto."
