Do you mean in story? Because in story mode we utterly crushed that dude before any fallen comrades could teleport in. Not one of us used a Ghorn. Heck, I used the sidearm we got from the queen. He goes down a little ridiculous.
If he is in PoE I have yet to run across him in the two games I have played in there so can't speak to his toughness there.
