Are you guaranteed an Armor Core on 32 and Weapon Core on 34 or only if you have a Treasure Key?

I got one from one of the chests you don't need a key for, but I think it gives you it once a week

So it's guaranteed once per week per character per difficulty?

You don't need keys for the cores or etheric light. Basically the big chest is your exotic chest for regular raids. More or less.

You need two keys if you wanna open the loot chest on both but you don't need keys to get the armour core I don't think
