Are you rushing to 34 or just chillin?
Just curious. Personally I'm buying/acquiring a bunch of new armor before I level anything up. I'm gonna see what perks work with what and what looks the best before I upgrade any to 34(respect to those who hit 34 day 1). So what are the rest of you up to?

Spent yesterday doing the story on all three characters to get it over with I'll have 3 33s tonight but I'm not exactly rushing to 34

1 ReplyI'm moving slowly. I got home at 7ish and played till 11. I spent a lot of time looking at stuff. Attempted Nightfall once. Did a couple story missions. Just taking my time for awhile.

I'm admitedly 34 but the challenge was my goal. Not the gear. For me, the PoE is something I'll only experience being a level under once. It'll never be this challenging again. As such I MUST get all the crazy shenanigans outta me now while the going's good and the hair on me arms' standing on-end.

1 ReplyKinda ran through the story but was trying to be able to do POE with some friends. Other than that gonna just do it as it comes. People will be complaining that they are all maxed out and bored in no time.

I am just chilling tbh. Spent so much time gathering keys etc. I have still yet to finish story on my 3rd char but im in no hurry. I have completed POE 3 times so far and it was fun (especially 32 ) but yeah chill time :)

Chillin ... We've got quite a while til more content .... and I want to specialize my "max" look ... combining perfect perks with armor I enjoy looking at ... It's going to be a good summer

Just chillin, meaning I'm not too concerned with how long it takes me to get there. Part of the fun of this game is the ride, no since in rushing past the scenery. I did pick up one of the new helmets for my hunter though, the TDB legendaries were UGLY!!!! For all you guardians that have already achieved 34, CONGRATULATIONS to you, I may not want to rush through personally, but I respect those that have already beaten the hard stuff!!

Chillin doin quest missions new strike. Did a lvl 28 Poe it was fun. I want to get to Lvl 33 or 34 & go do Crota hard to see how much easier it is now

I agree with you - I'm definitely going to see what works with what this go around. On TDB I grabbed the first raid gear I could and leveled it up asap to get to level 32 asap. And in most cases that meant using armor that gave me weapons perks for weapons I don't even like to use. Not this go around...

1 ReplyOnly had a couple of hours yesterday, so a buddy of mine and I ran the Nightfall and Weekly Heroic to get those out of the way. Spent most of the time I had getting rid of all of the worthless blue crap that I got from the Ether Chests, and then set about ascending the Exotics I use. Fortunately, the Nightfall blessed me with one Etheric Light, which I used to upgrade Fatebringer. Wish it had been more, but RNG hates my titan (one Treasure Key and two purple engrams from four days of farming chests). So for now, I'm stuck at 32 1/2. I figure I'll get to 34 right around the time that Comet and the new raid drop.

Same as you, I'd rather get new armor I like and level that than blow all my light on the same old stuff I've been wearing for months. I'm working on getting crucible set on my Hunter and Vanguard set on my Titan. Should have 2-3 pieces of each this week and get to 33, then maybe hit 24 next week.

2 RepliesI'm enjoying it. Still haven't decided what I'll do with my first etheric light. Seems like they're easy to come by. Plus I can get an armor core or two each week for my chars until I'm 34, and save etheric light for weapons. I'll probably save any etheric light this week (if I get any) to see what veriks sells next week for armor, and just go from there.
