*I wander the Dojo aimlessly*
*a piece of rubble skitters across the path, kicked by myself*
If only it could've lasted a bit more, for one duel, to get even with Phoenix...
*I make my way to my tree in the center of the Dojo, standing tall and unharmed (it's invincible)*
*I snag a peach, and take a bite*
I wasn't here much near the end, maybe I could've held off the inevitable...
*I toss the core randomly and walk to a room, the place of my first battle*
*I then walk off to Starbucks, and grab a drink of plain milk*
I should probably get rid of my lab and Arcane Wing...
With the press of a button, the lab and Arcane Wing vanish into the air
*I take one more sip, then head back to the tree*
You will always be my mark on this place, you tough bastard *punches tree playfully*
I will never forget this place... *my hands glow* ...and neither shall those to come...
I place my hands firmly on the ground, and a large stone with a gold plaque on it stands right in front of the tree. The plaque reads:
Here once stood a mighty place, a place to fight, a place to reconcile with friends and foes alike, a place to be free, to let creativity flow and fill the hallways with inventions, ideas, and the will to fight, the will to fight for what we thought was right. Fallen by many, it stood up time and time again, only to fall unto itself. "What stands must fall", and so it did, and it fell leaving a mark on the people who came, the people who we lost, and the people who we helped, supported most in their times of need. We left a mark, and it was a damn good one at that. Many have fallen, many have been lost, but we still moved forward until it came too much. But until the very end, we did what we did best: we fought. Our wills clashed until the end, and that is all I could ever ask for. Here once stood the mighty Dojo, the Dojo that was and always will be, my home.
And always remember, even if we don't meet again, you will all be, in my heart. -Alonfé, The Archsage
*with my final efforts, tears blurring my vision, I climb my horse and depart, giving a strong salute to not only those who saw it, but to those everywhere, who felt it in their bones*
