Anyone else notice the phantom gift perk does seem to be working much better since the patch? I played around with it a couple nights ago and I was getting 15 shots per reload regularly...and I'm not a great precision player. It's still no fatebringer, but phantom gift plus zen moment seems to finally be delivering on the promise we all felt it had to begin with. Either that, or I'm just finally getting better at using hand cannons.
