Is the Traveler bad?
So if you read the new grimoire "mystery: fate of Skolas", in the grimoire it mentions "The dead soldiers (guardians) that hoard the Great Machine (the Traveler) and come out crusading to wipe all hope away." Hmm interesting. What do you guys think? Is our savior, the Traveler, bad or good?

Just to let you know, Xûr has always been a traitor, he serves the nine. The warminds that realized they could never survive the darkness and sided with it.

1 ReplyThe original plot was a villian switch-aroo where DUN DUN DUN The Travler was the bad guy the whole time and the Speaker was like also bad. And somehow tricked everyone into thinking he was good. Even though it makes no sense. Wouldnt be surprised if this was the ultimate story path for Destiny.

Depends on what u value most, but I think he's good. He brought me back to life and gave me powers. Even though I have to fight the forces of darkness now that he brought to my doorstep, I'm happy to return the favor. The traveler was also the reason for the golden age so I can't be mad. Even if he did all that to trick us into wanting to fight for him when the darkness came, I'm I'd still help out.

The traveller is a great unknown. We hear so many things but all that is hearsay and conjecture. The big orb just sits there like an ominous monolith.
