North Tower Waypoint and Engrams Broken
Since I picked up a blue head Engram, my game/save seems screwed.
I have a head Engram that gives me a cryptark Waypoint but when you talk to him he just brings up the buy options, no pop up to decrypt. Someone said it's because the item enclosed isn't in the game yet (?!) so I have to wait for the expansion to drop?
But I've completed the game, with this Engram in my inventory and I now have a Waypoint to the downstairs meeting room bit (where the three heads of class are) but when I walk downstairs, it flips the Waypoint to the north tower. (Where the Queens emissary now stands)
But when I speak to her, she gives no pop ups, just shop options too.
There's no Queens missions on the map. There's no Queens bounties on the board.
Have I just lost everything and bugged this character?!

2 RepliesHello Silhouette. There are some issues that popped up with the 1.2.0 update that you are experiencing. First, the blue engram you received cannot be decrypted because it is a House of Wolves engram. Since the expansion is not out yet, the engram won't decrypt. Save the engram until May 19th (this Tuesday) and it should decrypt after the expansion releases. Bungie acknowledges this in the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/121703802/0/0]1.2.0 Updates thread[/url]. [quote]-Engrams: All Legendary Engrams, as well as Rare Engrams, acquired from the Crucible and the new Fallen Public Event chests will not be recognized by the Cryptarch. Solution: Hold on to all newly-acquired Engrams of pertinent quality until May 19th to benefit from their upgraded decryption skill-set. [/quote] In terms of the green waypoint issue, this is a bug in the Tower that came with the update as well. Your character is not bugged. Do not delete it. These are just issues that came with the game update.
