1. Restart PS4. ([b]Restart as turning off then back on does not work[/b]) 2. Turn controller on. Log into your profile, and wait for the number of friends to appear. 3. Click on Destiny. ([b]Do NOT log in[/b]) 4. Press PlayStation button to get back to the home page, click on PS Store. Make sure everything shows up. 5. Go back to Destiny, and click 'X' to Log in.
