Wow and i thought it was a sniper, isnt the wire rifle the equivalent to the fusion rifle!

Yeah. It'll charge, then it will release a single bolt. Personally I look forward to that in the Crucible.

I like high RoF, but the Exotic Perk doesn't seem to do much for me, unless by target acquisition, it means tracking.
