Blades Of Crota All Dead?
I put the old post in a spoiler block.

[spoiler]I've been on earth for 3 hours in the same area where 2 different sword spawns happen (usually every 15-30 min). I've not seen one sword since the last patch.
Anyone else seen them?

Edit:: There is a point to what I'm saying..
Anyway.. It will always be split 50-50.. My thoughts are that if hive are still around in free roam mode.. The blades should be around as well.
Edit:: for those who don't feel like reading through all the posts.. This is about the low level experience for new players who can collect the bounty but not complete it until lvl 24

2 RepliesI think it was cheap to disable the blades tbh, let's be fair, Eris is now 99.99% (a couple bounties for XP) useless, ALSO, I sure hope they make HoW 'quests' replayable! (unless they are already??)

Earth is a little dead without them, it isn't the same with the Wolves around since they are Fallen (only action at Skywatch) but with the Blades around, you'll see them fighting every Fallen all over the place, that made things more alive!

2 RepliesYeah I think they are gone for now. I was personally hoping that they would be around with the Wolf hunt so that we could have some patrol chaos. But I think Bungie is scared things will be too intense on patrol. I think we need more action and mayhem in patrol to make that mode worth its time. Wolf packs make things more exciting but having the blades too would make things even more so.

1 ReplyI'll wager that it'll come back in a future patch and it'll switch between wolves and blades. I bet it's all wolves right now because it's new and it's fresh and that's what people want to do because, hey, new content. They've got the groundwork laid out, I'm sure it's just a switch of a flip this time around. Maybe there will be weekly bounties, maybe some weeks it'll be Blades, others it'll be Wolves. Maybe some weeks it'll be both. It'd be too cool to take down wolves with a blade of Crota.

1 Reply#icanread I understand your points, but it was more of a public event that existed during the crotas end dlc. It was available for months. It makes sense to replace them with the wolves as we are in a new dlc. The mission is quick, they will get there eventually.

5 RepliesYou weren't "jipped." You weren't around for the first 9 months of the game's existence. No, it's not the same as when the rest of us started and that's a good thing. I could list a 100 things that patched/fixed you were "jipped" out of. Bottom line, buy a game at release if you want "the whole" experience.

1 ReplyWell we did kill Crota months ago. I think the Blades of Crota just recently got the memo, it's hard for information to get around on the earth and the moon.
