Bungie, please check my account to see if I've been glitched somehow so that I've never been able to get the corrective measure. It seems mathematically impossible that I have never had this gun drop for me in VoG.

I have also gotten it on hard vault from atheon even getting 2 of them at once as a reward

Corrective drops on gatekeeper only. Try play hard only to have more single chances.
