THIS IS THE DUMBEST THING EVER
Me and a friend did the Crota normal raid and we didn't die throughout the whole raid and when we beat were all hyped up AND IT DIDNT GIVE US FREAKING FLAWLESS RAIDER!! So we look into it and see some guys on the ps4 two manned it and got it!!! DeeJ this is an outrage and if you read this please enlighten me on why I didn't get it. And just to let you know the achievement says complete a raid without anyone dying it doesn't say how many people.

Sign out of psn and back in... Same thing happened to me with "complete a strike with a fire team of clan members"

It isn't a Destiny problem. It didn't register for me for a week and a half. This has happened with achievements in other games as well.

The achievement usually arrives late, mine didnt come till weeks after I did the raid

Try switching profile. Hit start, go to settings and switch profile. Then log back back in under the same profile. I did this and the achievement popped up.
