Master Rahool yet again -.-
Has anyone had trouble having Rahool decrypt engrams? I got four from the HOW chests and he wouldn't decrypt them, I could get engrams decrypted earlier today but I couldn't get the new ones done, has anyone else had this issue? If so did you get them to work?

It's because they're Engrams from HoW. You can't decrypt them because they are HoW gear.
