Quit complaining find a way to deal with shoulder charge and it's easy to deal
There are two ways to deal with it
1. Always know or try to know where that Titan is and keep distance
2. Have a shotgun and wait for him

Use people that can teleport

Uhh, he can intercept those people.

No he can't I used raiden and beat him using teleport and his kick that keeps him away
