Time your shotgun/fusion rifle shots when they're about to shoulder charge at you. For me, I got lucky with a throwing knife just one time. XD

Immune to bullets and throwing knifes. There's nothing stopping him.

Actually his health was close to death. I sorta threw my knife at the wrong direction but then the Titan caught it before building up the charge at me. The solar burn did the rest and I sorta survived it xD

Well a shotgun to the face DOES kill him if you timed it right. And thanks to my Universal Remote, I can pretty much survive any shoulder charge and sometimes on rare cases of Panic Smash
