I'd say the cutest thing she does is since she's originally from Honduras, she speaks Spanish really fast when she gets mad at me; I haven't the slightest idea what she's saying, but I think it's just absolutely adorable.

Me and my ex still hang out and what not, we dated for 2 years snd throughout that whole time, it may not be cute but it always made me laugh, she'd say some of the most random things when she falls asleep lol.
