8 RepliesTV show aside, I've been a long time flash fan. In the comics, reverse flash is faster to a certain point but after Barry gets lost in the speed force he learns to harness the power of the speed force and gets faster and is able to time travel. Until that moment reverse flash is the only speedster that could time travel. I love that eobard Thawne had the ring in the final episode. I hope Barry gets one now.

Don't know the answer for certain, I'm a bit behind on the flash. So I just evened it out a bit.
