Before vex was nerfed 30%, I argued against its nerf, but after witnessing felwinter kills over and over as a third party I have to say this one is justified. I spent an entire match watching 1hko's clear across rooms in burning shrine as a third party observer (rather than first party which is subject to lag dynamics and personal rage-blindness). This is nomally optimal range for fusion rifle kills, but there's felwinter's sniper doing it without the charge time. The horror of it is I realized this guy was not even that good as the match went on, as I was able to evade him using LOS, but I'll be damned if he didn't leave the match with a 4.5kdr, all shotgun. Felwinter is a resurrection of the kind of cheap shotgunning which was purposefully nerfed out late last year. It needs to go, and any weapons like it coming down the pipe need to be brought into line now rather than handed out like candy to destroy crucible balance.
