Can light lvl 34 please receive a quest that will allow us to ascend our strangers rifle into a legendary version (i even know the one extra talent you can give it, bonus damage to all ULTA lvl enmeies(not majors) i love it, i use it in pvp (it's op most definitly) and i would like to start reusing it and still be effective in pve, furthermore, having a iconic primary weapon that does not remove our exotic slot would be awesome.
