Good Perks Vs. Good Sights?
So let's just say you get a gun that has an awesome roll of perks. Perfect synergy with each other and they preform amazingly with the weapon they're on.

You get shit scopes. None of them are any good.
Do you keep the gun?
And what about Vice Versa, excellent sights and terrible perks?
