Just got a ps4, should I start all over?
Have all the exotics on Xbox, except Ghorn, all the CE gear, all VoG gear, but I want the excitement of RNG all over again, should I start over on my new PS4?

Yes, it should be way faster to get to 32 if you have someone go through the story with you to get to 20, then ROC strikes to get marks for vender armor.
