In VoG Hard mode when the main boss sends 3 guardians to Red or Green, sometimes one pull soul gets suppressed then teleported, meaning death, happened to me tonight on a hard run, and one other, still killed him and all, but this could easily ruin a good run, Bungie, fix on next patch??
