He was. Was mindblown when I remembered that. He seemed like the guy to go against government bureaucracy. He hacked the computers, so I wonder why he's part of the propaganda machine

It makes since oni likes really smart people and he could hack them so instead of killing him they gave him a job besides it's been 20 some odd years since we saw him so who knows what happened to him but what do you think happened?
