WoC out performs Fatebringer in every possible way. I don't understand how people could not understand this.

With Outlaw on FB, WoC doesn't really have much increased up-time tbh. DPS from Firefly procs also favors FB. WoC is nice IF you take advantage of firing at its full speed consistently AND are actually making use of the extra ammo feedback. Most situations though FB wins, sorry.

nice reading comprehension skills there... i never claimed woc was the better gun, only that it preforms better in single target situations. firefly does not help you single target. outlaw does not help you when firing at high hp majors, ofc you should only be using a primary on high hp targets if youre out of special and heavy but that point is moot when comparing two HCs. obviously fb is the better weapon in a lot of situations, its not the best in all situations as the op claimed though.

I don't see anywhere in my response that refuted your claim, I just added more input as to why I feel FB wins. Hive majors are an exception of course.
