I have plenty of space, have just about all exotic weapons, all the exotic armour, all raid guns minus the word and hunger. Stop hoarding stuff that you only need one of and you will have plenty space. None of my characters are full either. I leave 3 spaces in each weapon area and 5 or 6 spaces in the armour areas. The vault should be bigger but it's not actually necessary unless u have hoarding issues. It's too easy to swap weapons now. It's a stupid waste of time to upgrade more than one of each.
